About eBooks

As a Jefferson College user, you have access to our large collection of EBSCO eBooks through eMO, an electronic book collection for MOBIUS libraries. The eBook collection can be accessed from the Library Homepage, under the Books, Movies, Music link. You can search the library catalog by clicking on the Archway logo and checking the box next to eBooks, or by clicking on the eBooks logo.

EBSCO eBooks can be viewed online and most can be downloaded to your computer (see the download EBSCO eBooks page for instructions). Depending on the book and publisher restrictions, up to 60 pages of an eBook can be printed or saved as a PDF file from within the eBook Full Text viewer (the number of pages can vary depending on individual publisher-specified limits).

Before using EBSCO eBooks, please check that you have the minimum requirements. If you plan on downloading eBooks you will need to install the necessary software. See the Getting Started box to the left.
